Palestinians stranded in Al-Arish to receive financial support – minister

Egypt’s Ministry of Social Solidarity will provide financial support to Palestinians stranded in Al Arish, local press reported on Monday.

The ministry said it’s partnering with North Sinai to help cover living expenses for Palestinians in the capital city of the North Sinai governorate.

These include distributing humanitarian aid, and conducting training sessions for specialised relief teams.

Al Arish International Airport is currently receiving global aid, with over 1,100 tonnes of humanitarian aid for the Gaza Strip.

In 22 days, the Israeli aggression has killed more than 8,300 innocent Palestinian civilians in the Gaza strip and more than 110 in the occupied West Bank.
