Pharos Research detects slow down in real estate sales in Egypt

Pharos Research has detected the impact of coronavirus on the Egyptian real estate market finding that sales seem to show hints of a slow down; however, there have been any delay on the installments schedules of previous sales.

Real estate companies have begun to face drawn-out construction schedules due to fewer numbers of workers onsite, according to  Mayar El Ashry writes.

On the plus side, companies haven’t encountered any major problems accessing raw materials and are getting most of their inputs from local sources.

Regarding the hospitality sector, companies are currently focused on limiting costs given the drop in the number of tourists
