Polaris Al-Zamil contracts 3 companies to invest in Sadat City

Egypt’s Polaris Al-Zamil Industrial Park Company (PZIP) has contracted three national and international companies to invest in the first phase of the new industrial zone in Sadat City, its Deputy General Manager,  Basel Shoeira.

PZIP is a joint venture between Polaris International Industrial Parks, which is a Turkish-Egyptian shareholder structure and Zamil-Holding, a global investment firm based in Saudi Arabia.

The new industrial zone which will be built in Sadat City is on an area of 1.4 million meter square.

He further told Amwal Al Ghad that Polaris has contracted with three companies on total area of 40,000 metre square.

The company seeks to start the development works of the lands within the next three months,  Shoeira added.

PZIP is currently negotiating with 5 companies, including two international companies in the field of food industries to  invest in the first stage, noting that the negotiations will be completed before the end of the current year.
