Egypt’s ARDIC for Real Estate Developments plans to pump investments in Upper Egypt as part of its scheme to achieve comprehensive development, said its chief executive Ashraf Dowidar on Monday.
Dowidar added that Egyptian President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi has recently opened a number of flagships in Upper Egypt, where he stressed the importance of establishing services projects as well as logistic and industrial zones there.
“ARDIC is keen on achieving development in Upper Egypt in more than two years,” the official further stated, referring that the real estate sector will witness a significant growth due to the attractive climate for investment within this year.
