Property developer KVRD starts works on Polaris New Cairo

Egypt’s property developer KVRD has started promoting its Polaris flagship in New Cairo on a total lease space of 15,000 square metres, said its chairman Nehad Adel on Wednesday.

It is both a commercial and an administrative project, which KVRD seeks to complete and promote within one year from now, Adel added.

KVRD has also started executing another flagship namely, Side Ealk in New Cairo, with investments totalling 500 million Egyptian pounds ($28.5 million).

Side Ealk is an administrative commercial project, with a built-up area of 20,000 square metres. It will encompass 19 shops and 28 administrative headquarters.
