Egypt-based property developer Tatweer Misr has promoted 426 units in Fouka Bay project in North Coast, managing director Ahmed Shalaby told Amwal Al Ghad on Thursday.
Shalaby said he expects that the Egyptian real estate market would witness an increase in prices ranging between 25 and 30 percent within 2017.
Fouka Bay is being built on a space of one million square metres over five years, Shalaby added.
Founded in 2014, major shareholders in Tatweer Misr are Arafa, Daoud, and Ahram Groups.
