Qatar’s real estate trading in sales contracts registered with the Real Estate Registration Department at the Ministry of Justice from Dec. 15-19 amounted to QR 228,606,493, with QR 24,943,817 of this total attributed to residential unit sales.
The Department’s weekly bulletin highlighted the sale of various properties, including vacant lands, residential homes, apartment buildings, mixed-use commercial and residential buildings, commercial shops, residential complexes, and residential units. Sales were concentrated in Doha, Al Rayyan, Al Dhaayen, Al Wakrah, Umm Salal, Al Khor, Al Dhakira, Al Shamal, as well as the Pearl and Lusail.
