Raya’s Ostool Inks EGP100 Million Deal with ASEC Cement

Ostool Transport, a subsidiary of Raya Holding for Technology & Telecommunications, signed on Thursday an agreement worth EGP 110 million with ASEC Cement.

Under the five-year agreement, Ostool will transport and distribute ASEC’s products to clients using its trucks across the country.

Ostool was founded in the 2010 and is owned by Raya Corp and Citadel Capital. By leveraging the knowhow and tools available to the largest IT company in Egypt and the largest investment fund in the Middle East, Ostool is well positioned to provide the most professional, largest Land trucking fleet in Egypt.
