Red Sea Ports Receive 5115 Passengers, 775 Pilgrims

Admiral Mohamed Abdel Kader Gaballah, Head of Red Sea Ports Authority, said that the movement inside the ports is going well; indicating that ports of Nuweiba, Safaga and Hurghada received 775 pilgrims and 5115 passengers.

Nuweiba Port received today the vessel “ELLA”, which was coming from Aqaba and carrying 2200 pilgrims, and the vessel “Oman”, coming from Aqaba and carrying 205 pilgrims. It will leave to Aqaba with 350 pilgrims on.

Meanwhile, Safaga Port received the vessel “Cairo”, which was coming from Duba and carrying 1068 passengers, including 950 Egyptian workers who were coming from the Gulf countries. It also received the vessel “Youssoufia” that was coming from Duba with 1945 passengers.

As to Hurghada Port, it received the vessel “Cairo”, which was coming from Duba and carrying 1114 passengers, including 1000 Egyptian workers. The admiral elaborated that this is the season of receiving the Egyptian workers from the Gulf countries.
