Russian Tourism in Egypt declined by 34% in 2011

Number of Russian tourists in Egypt during last year decreased by 34%-1 million and 452000 tourists- comparing to 2010.

The Russian Federal Agency for Tourism illustrated that the Russian tourists’ first destination last year was for Turkey, about 3 millions and 260000 tourists; as for the second destination was for China, more than 2 million tourists.

The agency mentioned that the rates of Russian tourism in foreign countries during last year increased by 15%; 14 million and a half tourists.
