Saudi’s Al Khodari eyes entering the Egyptian Market

Saudi-led Abdullah A. M. Al-Khodari Sons Company intends to enter the Egyptian market through executing bunch of new projects within the upcoming period, Fawwaz AlKhodari -CEO- said on Thursday.

Alkhodari told Amwal Al Ghad the firm is negotiating with different governmental authorities the opportunities to participate in a number of projects in commercial sector.

Alkhodari added that the firm also negotiating on drilling water wells that Egypt eyes among its projects to reclaim lands and construct new urban communities.

He noted that the Egyptian Market is currently witnessing important positive developments as the government is welcoming Gulf companies to work in local market and participate in executing large national projects.

Al-Khodari noted that Abdullah A. M. Al-Khodari Sons Company has participated in a number of large projects in number of African countries in cooperation with the Saudi Fund for Development (SFD).

The total volume of Abdullah A. M. Al-Khodari Sons Company’s works reaches SAR1.7 billion (US$ 453million) with an investment appetite to double it through participating in several projects in Egypt.

It’s likely to note that, Abdullah Abdul Mohsin Al-Khodari Sons Company operates as a general contracting company in the Middle East. The company is primarily involved in civil engineering, roads and bridges, railways, buildings and infrastructure, water and waste water treatment, oil and gas pipelines, city cleaning, environmental control, land transportation, and operation and maintenance activities.

Moreover, It undertakes resorts and housing projects, as well as offers open cast mining support services.
