Saudi Decision Of Reducing Pilgrims’ Number Is General, Not Just Egypt

Ahmed Kattan, Saudi Ambassador to Cairo, stated that the decision of decreasing the rate of pilgrims will be implemented on all the Islamic countries not only Egypt.

He referred that the decision became an accomplished fact and we have to deal with it; pointing out that the decision came to due to the expansions are being carried out in Grand Mosque in Mecca.

It is worth mentioning that the Saudi Minister of Pilgrimage has sent a letter to Egypt over decline the number of Egyptian pilgrims by 20% due to the expansions there.
