Sharm El Sheikh’s Four Seasons extension costs $176 till December 2015

The total expenditures on Sharm El Sheikh Four Seasons extension project reached EGP 1.38 billion till December 31, 2015, Talaat Moustafa Group (TMG) Holding announced Thursday.

The project includes 99 hotels rooms and suites in addition to restaurants, meeting rooms, pools and other complementary services.

According to a statement, T M G Holding is set to complete the project operate operating it by start of 2019, revealing  that it has finished the studies and the designs of the project  then start  carrying it out a number of years back.

TMG’s consolidated net profit has surged by 8.9% during the fiscal period till the of December 2015.
