Sisi Oks law on budget of Suez Canal Economic Zone for FY20

Egyptian President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi has ratified Law No.11 of 2019 pertaining to the budget of the General Authority for the Suez Canal Economic Zone (SCZone) after it was passed by the House of Representatives.

The law estimated the budget of SCZone for financial year 2019/20 at 10.4 billion Egyptian pounds ($627.9 million).

The law was published in the official gazette on Sunday.
