SODIC: Ownership of Eastown Land Is Legal, Prices Paid

Six of October Development & Investment (SODIC) – (OCDI.CA) asserted that ownership of Eastown project land is legal and finalized according to law.

The company added, in a release filed on Wednesday, in response to media reports about SODIC’s new Cairo project, the company is an Egyptian shareholding company and listed in the Egyptian Exchange.

SODIC asserted that Six of October Development & Real Estate Projects, owner of Eastown in New Cairo, is owned by 100 % to SODIC.

SODIC pointed out that, ownership of Eastown land is legal and its price is fully paid to the seller.
