SODIC’s Polygon wins Best Future Project Award by Cityscape-Next Move 2012

The prestigious real estate exhibition “Cityscape-Next move” awarded SODIC’s  project ”The Polygon” the best Commercial, Office & Retail Project Future prize. During the exhibition, SODIC showcased an impressive 365 sqm pavilion reflecting its vision of diversifies cutting edge real estate solutions and fine landscaping that is an undisputable added value to the real estate scene in Egypt. SODIC’s Vice Chairman & Managing Director Mr. Maher Maksoud said: “SODIC is bringing to the country developments that are well planned communities will all amenities and services provided.”

He also emphasized the importance of Cityscape- Next Move as a leading exhibition for Real Estate in Egypt that brings together various stakeholders including developers, consultants and customers.
