Style Home lining up for a fully-fledged compound flagship in New Cairo

Egypt’s Style Home Real Estate Company says it plans to implement a new project in Fifth Settlement district in New Cairo, with investments of 800 million Egyptian pounds ($45.1 million).

The project will be built over 33,000 square metres, Hussein Dawood, Style Home’s chairman, told Amwal Al Ghad on Wednesday.

“The project is a fully-fledged residential compound, which will include an administrative and services complex as well as a commercial mall,” Dawood further said.

Style Home is seeking the government’s approval to start works on the project, Dawood said.
