Telecom Egypt’s Liquidity Reaches EGP6.5bln

The size of Telecom Egypt’s (TE)(ETAL-CA) liquidity reached EGP6.5billion, Mohamed Al Nawawi, the CEO revealed.

On the sidelines of a press conference which holds today regarding TE’s business results, Al Nawawi said TE is targeting financing money transfer via mobile phone service among the integrated operator licence worth EGP2.5billion without restoring to banking loans.

TE awaits the final approval of NTRA before starting the common experiences with mobile operators to implement domestic roaming.

Taba has witnessed cut in ground cables as result of floods and rains and TE succeeded in repairing it.
