Terous Misr, Nestlé Egypt to treat 1000 wounded Palestinian child

Egypt launched an initiative to treat 1,000 Palestinian children from Gaza after being injured in Israel’s attack, in cooperation with Terous Misr Foundation for Development and Nestlé Egypt, said the Ministry of Health and Population on Wednesday.

The initiative will cover medical needs, treatment protocols, and surgeries, said Hossam Abel Ghaffar, the spokesperson for the Health Ministry. It comes in light of Egypt’s commitment to reach the best level of treatment services for Palestinians, he added.

Egypt’s Health Ministry received 12 children with cancer have been evacuated from Gaza Strip to be treated safely in the country, according to an official statement published earlier this month.
