The Advisory council’s member: The constitutional referendum is before presidential elections

Sherif Zahran, the advisory council’s member and MP, announced that the advisory council discussed in today’s meeting the continuity of studying the transitional phase and the detailed schedule of parallel putting the constitution with the presidential elections, as to hold a constitutional referendum before it. It also discussed the detailed schedule of the presidential elections.

 

The council’s member Mohammed Bergoush’s memorandum, which is about the agriculture and farmers’ problems, is being discussed; as Sherif Zahran mentioned that the meeting discusses both Port Said and Alamerya incidents and their relation with the political scene. It also assured on the Egyptian sovereignty over refusing any threats, and a committee was formulated by Dr Abdel Aziz Hegazey to take the civil society organizations’ matters up.
