Abraj Misr launches ‘The Shore’ Project in Egypt’s North Coast

Egypt-based real estate developer, Abraj Misr announced Monday that the start of a new project, ‘The Shore’, with investment cost estimated at 1.5 billion Egyptian pounds (US$196.6 million).

The project is located in Ras El Hekma Bay, in Alexandria-Marsa Matrouh desert road, to be built on an area of 180 feddans.

From his part, Aly Rabie – Chairman of Abraj Misr – noted that The Shore project comes in line with the Egyptian government’s plans to develop the North Coast area.

Owing to its vital location and unique architecture, The Shore presents a new vision for the seaside resorts in Egypt, developer official noted.

The project includes a wide range of residential buildings designed on high terraces, in addition to four residential neighbourhoods designed in accordance with international quality standards. It also comprises various types of residential units to meet all the needs and tastes.

Since its inception in 2010, Abraj Misr has owned several other projects in Egypt worth investments of 425 million Egyptian pounds such as Florenta, Lavanda and Montana Mall that costs 19.25 million pounds.
