Two bombs hits Egypt’s Fayoum; no Deaths

Two improvised explosive devices detonated early Wednesday inside the Civil Registry Office in Fayoum, Located 100 kilometres (62 miles) southwest of Cairo. The bombs caused one injury and damaged part of the building, Al-Ahram Arabic news website reported.
The Civil Registry Office is near a police station. Explosives experts searched the site and were able to dismantle a third bomb. Earlier Wednesday, at least ten Egyptian military personnel were killed when five military checkpoints in North Sinai were targeted in simultaneous attacks. On Monday, the country’s prosecutor-general, Hisham Barakat, was killed when a bomb hit his motorcade in Heliopolis.
