UAE-based ASGC to execute Emaar’s Uptown Cairo and Levana flagships

UAE-based construction firm, ASGC has signed two contracts to carry out two flagships for Emaar Properties in Egypt. The two flagships are Uptown Cairo and Levana, both located in New Cairo.

Bishoy Azmy, ASGC’s chief executive, said Tuesday that his company will carry out the first and second phases of Levana, as part of Uptown Cairo.

ASGC is set to establish 121 villas and town houses in Levana on a space of 62,000 square metres as well as a number of infrastructure works and a utilities network, Azmy further stated.

Beside Levana and Uptown Cairo, the Egyptian official added that the company also plans to implement some additional works for Emaar Misr, including Crescent project, as part of Mivida complex in New Cairo over 3.8 million square metres.

“Mivida encompasses 5,000 housing units,” Azmy noted.
