Vodafone’s Buchanan to Resign: Sunday Telegraph

Vodafone Group Plc (VOD) Deputy Chairman John Buchanan will resign from the world’s biggest mobile-phone operator without saying where it got the information.

Buchanan, will become chairman of ARM Holdings Plc (ARM), a semiconductor design company that produces chip designs for much of the world’s mobile-phone market, according to the Sunday Telegraph.
