Xceed Egypt Services Say Unaffected By June 30 Demonstration

Egypt’s Leading Call Center and a major hub for all the country’s outsourcing Xceed has asserted that June 30 demonstration did not affect on the company’s performance.

Dr. Adel Danish, CEO of Xceed, said the foreign customer services do not affect despite eight days demonstrations, noting that the rate of absenteeism in the foreign and Arab accounts did not exceed 2% although it is ranging between 5-10%  in the natural conditions.

Danish added to Amwal Al Ghad that Xceed was not exposed to any financial losses due to the recent events, pointing out that the foreign client is focusing on the quality of service awat from the political unrest experienced by Egypt after ousting President Mohamed Morsi.

Xceed is possessing the largest call centers in Egypt, Europe ,Middle East and  an operator card run up to 2000 unit work, as well as it currently running four sites from Cairo, Egypt and Morocco.
