Zaher: Prices Rise Is Expected Soon Due To Dollar Hike

Mohsen Zaher, Chairman of Nile Company for Consumer Complexes, an affiliate of the Holding Company for Food Industries, said there isn’t any raise in prices at the complexes; adding that the prices are expected to be increased in the coming period

In his statements to “Amwal Al Ghad”, Zaher stated that the prices of meat will be changed, especially the Sudanese meat under the increase of dollar. In the coming period, it is expected that the prices of commodity will be changed, whereas the importers are fixing the prices.

Zaher has pointed out that the Holding Company for Food Industries’ decision of freezing imports is limited to wheat and oil, because there is stock suffices for May till stabilizing the dollar price.
