Zazou: Morsi’s Decisions Not To Affect Tourism

Egypt’s Minister of Tourism, Hesham Zazou, said the latest incidents took place in Mohamed Mahmoud Street, sit-ins and tensions that the Egyptian street witnessed, objecting on the constitutional declaration, affect the promotions that we do for the incoming tourism.

Zazou added that the political tensions and disputes happen in all the countries, but what affects the tourism is the violence in the street; referring that the incidents negatively influenced Cairo, Luxor and Aswan.

Despite the protests had taken place yesterday, but a group visited the Egyptian museum.

The ministry will mull over promoting the touristic destinations in a new way, focusing on Sharm Al Sheikh, Hurghada, Luxor, and Aswan.
