40 Factories Settle Debts With Banks, Resume Work: Hatem Saleh

Eng. Hatem Saleh, the Minister of Industry and Foreign Trade, revealed that about 40 suspended factories resumed work during the last period, after rescheduling debs with a number of banks in the Egyptian market.

Saleh said these factories work in several productive sectors, such as food industries, engineering, and chemical and textile industries in some industrial zones.

The minister invited each investor has a factory stumbled on debts with banks in the Egyptian market to head for the Industrial Modernization Center (IMC), and register the data till the ministry studies the support could be provided.
