Orascom Development Shareholders To Meet On Stock Trading Resumption Oct. 8th

Orascom Hotels & Development – OHD-  (ODHN.CA) will be reconvening the Group’s shareholders extraordinary general meeting (EGM) on Monday, October 8, 2012, at 2:30 p.m., to look into cancelling the decision of its previous EGM dated June 29, 2010, as regards stock voluntary delisting.

Board members also proposed compliance with listing rules in preparation for resuming trading on the stock.

During its coming EGM, the Group will be also discussing mandating Eng. Ali Al-Hatimi – Group Managing Director – to take adopt the necessary procedures.
