Under the chairmanship of Eng. Hussein Sabbour, the Egyptian Businessmen’s Association (EBA) will be organizing the Egyptian-Korean economic forum on October 16th. The forum will discuss increasing mutual investment in 7 sectors.
EBA said it will send invitations to Egypt’s Prime Minister Hisham Kandil alongside a number of economic authorities and Ministries of investment, Housing, Tourism, Transport, Electricity, and Finance so as to attend the economic forum.
EBA will also invite the Egyptian PetroChemicals Holding Company (ECHEM), Public-Private Partnership Central Unit, Suez Canal Authority, Sinai Development Authority, National Authority for Drinking Water and Wastewater, and New & Renewable Energy Authority (NREA).
Egypt-Korea Business Council. Chairman (Egyptian Side), Dr. Sherif El Gabaly and Sang Ryong Woo (Korean Side) will be opening the economic forum sessions.
The sessions will tackle the investment opportunities and upgrading business in Egypt as well as boosting the bilateral cooperation in fields of infrastructure, new energy, recycling, transportations, logistics. During the sessions, the attendees will discuss joint investment opportunities regarding developing Suez Canal and Sinai. They will also discuss making investment partnership in fields of tourism, trade and services.
