Schneider Electric Launches Smart Building Solutions

The total investments of Schneider Electric in Egypt during the previous 5 years have reached EGP 250 million.

Mohamed Sa’ad, CEO of Schneider Electric in Africa, stated that the company has launched a number of smart building solutions, installation and control systems, including some modern designs developed by the company.

Sa’ad explained that the smart building solutions are multiple products including plugs and light switches that have been offered in the Egyptian market to best fit the different needs of customers.Moreover, Schneider exclusively offers products with energy-saving solutions.

On his part, Fady Morgan, , Marketing Manager for Installation Systems and Control, said: “Our integrated products and solutions make the daily activities of all users more efficient and effective. All solutions that the company offers are easy-to-install and use.”

Researches conducted by the company revealed that 30% of the global consumption of energy is used for useless purposes. This has instigated the company to work on developing advanced solutions in the field of energy management, in addition to providing preventive maintenance systems based on statistical prediction of potential problems and breakdowns.
