Effective participation for NBD in Cooperation with ADIB in 360 HR Conference
As part of the National Bank for Development’s (NBD)in cooperation with Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank (ADIB)deep belief in the human capital and how it is the main factor for the success of any institution and in consideration of the bank’s continued dedication to develop its human resources, NBD has participated in the 360 HR Conference held recently in the 5th Settlement under the organization of The Employer Magazine in cooperation with All Events Group for the third consecutive year.
The two-day conference welcomed human resource managers from leading companies operating in Egypt with discussions focusing on the human resource challenges that institutions are currently facing and the means of overcoming them.
Through its booth in the conference hall, NBD launched ADIB@Work Banking Solutions to company employees, all of which comply with the principles of Islamic Shari’a. These banking solutions provide a bundle of banking products such as payroll, personal accounts and Auto Murabaha.
ADIB@Work Banking Solutions was met with high interest from conference participants who visited the bank’s booth to learn more about the benefits of this bundle of banking products, which is not only limited to payroll, but also provides additional tailored solutions. Human resource managers were highly pleased with this unique bundle product as itprovides numerous benefits that satisfy the various needs of their employees.
Guests praised the conference and its organization, confirming its success for the third consecutive year in achieving its objectives, which was evident in the broad and effective participation of human resource managers from various companies and institutions.
