Asian markets mixed on Thursday

Asian-Pacific shares are mixed on Thursday as the Hong Kong are higher today for the Hang Seng gains 0.61 percent. The stock markets in Tokyo and Shanghai are closed at this time.

In India, Mumbai Sensex losses 0.45 percent and China’s Shanghai SE Composite index shrunk at 1.16 percent.

Elsewhere, Japan’s Nikkei 225 added 0.21 percent, Taiwan index – TWII gained by 0.8 percent, and New Zealand index – NZ50 increased by 0.01 percent.

Korea index – KOSPI decreased by 0.40 percent, while Singapore index – STI rose by 0.37 percent.
