Asian markets briefing 11/04/2023

The majority of Asian markets closed high on Tuesday, with Japan’s main index, Nikkei 225, rising by 1.05 percent. The index closed at 27,923.37, gaining 289.71 points. It recorded a day high value of 28,068.39 and a day low value of 27,854.82.

The Chinese main index, SSEC, dropped by -0.05 percent and lost 1.79 points. It closed at 3,313.57, recording a day high value of 3,317.45 and a day low value of 3,298.25.

Hong Kong’s main index, HSI, rose by 0.76 percent to 20,485.24, gaining 154.04 points. The index recorded a day high value of 20,750.73 and a day low value of 20,293.37.
