Egyptian Exchange briefing 16/05/2023

The Egyptian Exchange closed low on Tuesday with the main index, EGX 30, dropping by -0.59 percent to 17,033.99. It lost 101.56 points, recording a day high value of 17,139.51 and a day low value of 16,903.18.

EGX 70 fell by -0.52 percent to 3,022.16 losing 15.85 points. The index recorded a day high value of 3,039.99 and a day low value of 3,006.71.

EGX 30 Capped inched down by -0.74 and lost 152.42 points, to close at 20,369.92. It recorded a day high value of 20,528.28 and a day low value of 20,207.33.

The Egyptian Exchange market cap lost around 11 billion EGP today.
