International Cooperation, CPA Discuss How To Manage “Egypt’s Economic Policies”

The Center for Economic and Financial Research Studies (CEFRS), an affiliate of the Faculty of Economics and Political Science at Cairo University, is holding a seminar today entitled “Transparency in Managing economic Policies in Egypt”, in the presence of Dr Ashraf Al Araby, Minister of Planning and International Cooperation, and Gen.  Atef Yacoub, Chairman of Consumer Protection Authority (CPA).

Manal Metwali, Director of CEFRS, has emphasized that the seminar is aiming at defining the necessity of transparency in managing the economic policies in Egypt, and considering several important economic aspects, through reviewing the opinions of economists and bankers in order to reach an urgent solution for reviving the Egyptian economy.

She said further that numerous of economists and professors of economics in different universities will participate in the seminar, besides a number of bankers to  discuss the use of transparency in managing Egypt’s economic policies, and the impact of the economic decisions on the consumer.
