The United States is currently providing more than $500 million to projects to support the Egyptian economic growth, said director of economic growth at the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) on Wednesday.
Laura Gonzalez reiterated that the USAID’s strong commitment to work with the Egyptian people is the economic engine that companies need in Egypt.
The USAID is committed to supporting Egypt’s goal to increase annual exports to $100 billion, as it also keens on providing technical assistance to small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs).
