Jewish activists block California road in solidarity with Palestine

Jewish protesters from the organisation IfNotNow blocked the 110 Freeway in downtown Los Angeles during rush hour, to call for a ceasefire in Gaza, press reported on Wednesday.

The protestors set up a large Hanukkah menorah while chanting: “Down with the occupation.”

Press reported that the California Highway Patrol arrested 75 protesters.

Calls for an immediate ceasefire in Gaza have been circulating the globe, with Israel insisting on continuing its terrorism in the territory.
