Egypt’s stock market (EGX) closed red on Tuesday. The main index, EGX30 dropped by 6.01 per cent, to 24,448.73 points.
The small to mid-size enterprises’ index, EGX70 sunk by 4.92 per cent, to 5,573.72 points.
The index, EGX100 index dipped by 5.22 per cent, to 7,938.73 points.
The total market cap reached 1,674,657,617,169 Egyptian pounds.
The Arabs and Non-Arab Foreigners were net buyers with 5,488,667,476 Egyptian pounds, and 7,960,239,984 Egyptian pounds, respectively. Meanwhile, Egyptians were net sellers with a total of 13,448,907,459 Egyptian pounds.

The shares of Memphis Pharmaceuticals (MPCI.CA) climbed by 11.23 per cent, to close at 97.950 Egyptian pounds a share.
The shares of Egyptian for Tourism Resorts (EGTS.CA) jumped by 4.08 per cent, to close at 5.100 Egyptian pounds a share.
The shares of El Nasr For Manufacturing Agricultural Crops (ELNA.CA) surged by 2.36 per cent, to close at the price of 15.170 Egyptian pounds a share.
Top losers on Tuesday
The shares of Talaat Moustafa Group Holding (TMGH.CA) declined by 12.03 per cent, to close at the price of 51.020 Egyptian pounds a share.
The shares of Zahraa Maadi Investment & Development (ZMID.CA) fell by 11.24 per cent, to trade at the price of 6.000 Egyptian pounds a share.
The shares of The Arab Ceramic CO.- Ceramica Remas (CERA.CA) dropped by 11.10 per cent, to the purchasing price of 0.673 Egyptian pounds a share.
