TotalEnergies, SINOPEC sign pact to boost climate efforts

TotalEnergies and China’s SINOPEC committed to enhancing their collaboration in the field of low-carbon energy through a strategic cooperation agreement during the Chinese President’s state visit to France.

Specifically, TotalEnergies announced in a press release that the two companies aim to collaborate on research and development in biofuels, hydrogen, and carbon capture and storage technologies, as reported by Reuters on Tuesday.
