Egypt pours EGP 182.2b into healthcare sector for FY23/24 budget

The Egyptian government earmarked 182.2 billion Egyptian pounds for the healthcare sector in its the fiscal year 2023/2024 budget, according to latest data released by Ministry of Finance on Sunday.

The latest data shows a substantial increase of 23.7 per cent compared to 147.2 billion pounds allocated in the previous fiscal year.
