Egypt Reconciles With DAMAC, Al-Futtaim Within Days -Ministers Says

Egypt’s Investment Minister Osama Saleh said on Sunday the government is expected to sign the settlement agreements with a number of major real estate developers; DAMAC Properties and Al-Futtaim within days.

On the sidelines of the Economic Transition Conference organized by the Faculty of Economic and Political Sciences, Saleh stated that the Egyptian government is offering a number of facilities for the investors.
The Cabinet is adopting a system that enables the developers’ legal advisers to directly sign settlement agreements with the Egyptian government.
