Egypt Should Impose Taxes On All Economic Sectors – Ex-Minister

The former Egyptian Minister of Supply and Domestic Trade, Gouda Abdel Khaleq, has called for generalizing the taxes by imposing taxes on all the economic sectors to face the series of the current challenges.

Abdel Khaleq, during the functions of a conference about Egypt’s social and economic future, entitled “Alternative Program towards Saving Egypt’s Economy”, added that imposing taxes on the bourse only is a mistake amid the weak economic returns, therefore the current period necessitates imposing taxes on all the sectors, like trade and industry in addition to other vital fields, which can contribute to succeeding this tendency.
