Egypt’s Suez Canal revenues plummet by 64% in Q4

Egypt’s Suez Canal’s revenues declined 64 per cent during the fourth quarter of the last fiscal year, according to Minister of Planning Rania Al-Mashat.

The canal’s revenues dropped by 30 per cent in FY23/24, as stated by Minister Al-Mashat in a press conference on Thursday. She also discussed the economic performance in the fourth quarter of the same fiscal year.
