Egypt’s Prime Minister Moustafa Madbouly has held a meeting with Minister of Investment and Foreign Trade Hassan El-Khatib to streamline investment processes for investors across various sectors.
These measures include proposed legislative amendments designed to reduce both the costs and time associated with customs clearance processes, according to a statement published by the Cabinet.
They also addressed steps being taken for regulating Egypt’s automotive market to ensure that locally-manufactured vehicles meet required specifications and that authorised service centres are available for necessary spare parts.
