Egyptian pound weakens vs. US dollar at Monday’s close

The Egyptian pound (EGP) declined against the US dollar (USD) on Monday, April 6, 2025, according to data from the Central Bank of Egypt (CBE).

The CBE reported an average buying rate of EGP 51.3471 per dollar and a selling rate of EGP 51.4471, compared to Sunday’s rates of EGP 51.0728 and EGP 51.1728, respectively.
