Egypt’s Juhayna Sumbits Non-Binding Tender Offer To Acquire Bisco Misr

Juhayna Food Industries (JUFO.CA) confirmed in a statement released on Sunday that it has submitted a non-obligatory initial tender offer to acquire Bisco Misr (BISM.CA)’s shares.

The company added that the tender offer is still under study and no decision was yet taken.
