Egypt condemns attack on Ecuadorian army unit

Egypt on Sunday condemned the attack targeting an army unit in Ecuador, which left several dead and injured.

In a statement, the Foreign Ministry extended Egypt’s sincere condolences and sympathy to the government and people of Ecuador, as well as to the families of the victims, and wished the injured a speedy recovery.
