Egyptian Space Agency, NGU partner on research, innovation

The Egyptian Space Agency (EgSA) signed a cooperation protocol with Newgiza University (NGU) to strengthen scientific and research collaboration and harness space and remote sensing technologies in support of sustainable development goals.

The agreement aims to integrate efforts across key strategic areas, including education, training, capacity building, computer science, artificial intelligence, desert agriculture, telecommunications, cybersecurity, natural resources, earth sciences, smart manufacturing, reverse engineering, urban planning, smart cities, and renewable energy.

The protocol also covers the exchange of scientific data, access to academic resources, and the implementation of joint research projects.
