Through its Facebook official page, the Egyptian army commanded to currently meet with a number of religious, national, political and youth figures.
Egyptian army has imposed on Monday a 48-hour ulitmatum to the country’s President Mohamed Morsi in order to reach a compromise and end the mounting pro-and-anti-regime protests, otherwise, the army shall intervene for the national security reasons. The deadline given to Morsi is about to expire within the coming few minutes.
President Morsi released a statement late Tuesday challenging the army’s remarks saying he is with the legitimacy and will remain in power calling the country’s opposition for a national dialogue
